Jerred Mann is dedicated to building an innovative and client-focused aesthetic and wellness organization centered around growth, education, operational excellence, and exceptional patient experiences. With a passion for leadership, business development, and team culture, Jerred works closely with providers and staff to create systems and strategies that support clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and long-term client relationships.

Sachith Polpitiya focuses on operational strategy, clinical excellence, workflow development, and organizational growth within the aesthetic and wellness space. With a strong focus on systems, compliance, efficiency, and patient experience.

His passion lies in developing operational infrastructures that empower teams, improve consistency, enhance client experiences, and support continued innovation across all areas of the organization.

As an aesthetic nurse injector with a deep passion for enhancing natural beauty, I am exciting to begin my journey at Skin Bar. I graduate with honors from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and am currently pursuing advanced studies in graduate school. My approach focuses on delivering individualized care, where each patient's unique features and goals are considered to create personalized treatment plans. I am thrilled to bring my enthusiasm, education, and fresh perspective to the field of aesthetic nursing, ensuring every client feels both confident and beautiful.

As a cosmetic nurse injector at Skin Bar, I have a deep enthusiasm for enhancing your natural features. I began my nursing career as an Emergency Trauma nurse locally, dedicating eight years to providing compassionate care to patients in urgent need. For the past three years, I have been working as an injector and it has been rewarding to see the positive impact it has on peoples lives. I love the constant opportunity to learn about new techniques and products, ensuring that our clients have the best options available. I am dedicated to providing exceptional service and making a lasting impact on those I serve.
